Rick Nemeroff has consistently proven to his adversaries what can happen when they square off with Rick in court.
Rick fights for individuals and families who have been harmed by indifferent corporations. He is a dedicated attorney, and his clients know that they will be represented by a professional who combines compassion and caring with aggressive litigation skills against corporations who need to be held responsible for their actions.
The verdicts that Rick has won for mesothelioma – over $100,000,000 – and other victims are the result of his dedication. Rick works hard for his clients – because he understands what is at stake. He is never afraid to stand up for the injured in their battle against big uncaring corporations.
Rick maintains an extremely active trial practice, fighting for his clients and serving as a trial attorney for other law firms. He is licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, Texas and Utah but represents victims throughout America in state and federal court.
Other attorneys know and respect Rick’s abilities. He is recognized by his peers across the country as an effective and aggressive trial attorney and is frequently brought on board to lead trial teams to victory on difficult cases. In addition to his own practice and work as a trial consultant, Rick also teaches other attorneys how to win in the courtroom, and is invited to speak at conferences and write articles for legal publications. His use of innovative, cutting edge technology in trial helps level the playing field when battling corporations with unlimited resources.
Rick received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in Hempstead, NY. Previous to forming Nemeroff Law Firm, he was associated with a national plaintiff’s law firm in New York City, was a partner in another high profile national plaintiff’s law firm based in Dallas, Texas and then served as trial counsel to various law firms around the country. He became a member of the New York bar in 1993, in Texas in 2000, in Pennsylvania in 2008 and in Utah in 2012. Rick is a member of the highly prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, ABOTA, a select designation open only to a small group of attorneys who have demonstrated superior trial skills and abilities.
