Jennifer loves to win and loves to be on the right side of an argument – giving asbestos victims a voice provides her the opportunity to do both. She derives great satisfaction from helping clients of the Nemeroff Law Firm, and she is dedicated to translating her life-long passion for empowering victims into winning results.
Jennifer spent her undergraduate career at the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and graduated cum laude in 1992. She continued her studies as a graduate law student at the University of Texas School of Law, where she made a name for herself as an active participant in organizations such as the Order of Barristers (U.S. national honor society), the ATLA National Mock Trial team (where she took championship), and the Texas Invitational Mock Trial (state champion).
Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1999, Jennifer has been practicing law ever since. Now, with 15 years of practice to her name, Jennifer is recognized as an applauded attorney among peers and clients alike. She is a member of the American Association of Justice and has been an active presenter at many professional conferences. To date, Jennifer has spoken at the HB Litigation Conference – Asbestos Litigation Conference of 2012, where she discussed “Emerging Issues for the Most Active Jurisdictions in 2012,” as well as “Mesothelioma Diagnosis and Treatment Updates.” She also spoke at the HarrisMartin’s Southeast Asbestos Litigation Conference in Charleston, South Carolina in 2011, and again at the HB Litigation Conference – Asbestos Litigation: A Crash Course for Associates – Dynamic Trial & Settlement Techniques in Asbestos Litigation (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 2010).
Jennifer feels privileged to work among the team of professionals at the Nemeroff Law Firm, where the pursuit of justice is made possible for victims of mesothelioma and other injuries and illnesses. Jennifer and her fellow attorneys at the firm have successfully recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for clients across the nation, and she is committed to continuing her practice well into the future.
Outside of her practice, Jennifer pursues her passion for helping people by serving at a non-profit organization that empowers women and young girls by raising their self-esteems and giving them a voice. She also has the pleasure of raising two little girls, which is her greatest passion of all.
