Jennifer loves to win and loves to be on the right side of an argument – giving asbestos victims a voice provides her the opportunity to do both. She derives great satisfaction from helping clients of The Nemeroff Law Firm, and she is dedicated to translating her life-long passion for empowering victims into winning results.
Jennifer spent her undergraduate career at the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and graduated cum laude in 1992. After teaching high school English for a few years, she continued her studies at The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as a Teaching Quizmaster and made a name for herself as part of the Texas Invitational and ATLA National Mock Trial teams. After winning the state and national championships in mock trial, she was named to the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society for legal advocacy.
Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1999, Jennifer has been specializing in mesothelioma cases ever since. She began her legal career as a trial lawyer, but now handles all settlement negotiations for Nemeroff Law, as well as oversees the Bankruptcy and Lien Resolution departments. Jennifer feels privileged to work among the team of professionals at The Nemeroff Law Firm, where the pursuit of justice is made possible for victims of mesothelioma and other injuries and illnesses. Jennifer and her fellow attorneys at the firm have successfully recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for clients across the nation.
Outside of her practice, Jennifer pursues her passion for empowering young women by serving as a Girl Scout leader for the last twelve years. She also has the pleasure of raising two daughters, which is her greatest passion of all.
